Working here for more than 3yrs, I can say that this is a company that sucks. Pay wise its below industry standard with different parameters for different individuals...no HR policy at all. All depends how best you can kiss your managere's ass. Taking projects with low profit margin, they make you slog during the entire course of the project where everyday you need to deliver something critical, forget about the quality, delivering even the basic functionality is a challenge here. One of the rare companies in India where nobody wants to go onsite...travelling onsite and handling the duties of 10 resources alone is a bit too much to take up for anyone. Work life balance kind of words never uttered here and you are a fool if you even think of it. All the managers are one who stick to the company for 4-5 or more as they can not stand out in the market. Working under such an incompetent management, you can not expect a rapid carrer growth. If you can find a competent senior fortunately, the fellow won't stay for long. No wonder job security is not a problem, people run away themselves as soon as they realise their mistake.

The only saving grace is their freshers recuitment program and the training provided to them. But when you couple it with the two years service bond (breaking the bond means paying more than 1 lakh), the shine is gone.

In a nutshell, if you enjoy working 14+ hours a day on almost 365 days a week, do not mind being payed peanuts, ready to be treated like slaves by your manager and can live even after screwing your personal life, you should join 3i-Infotech Ltd. My advice is to avoid it till the last drop of your blood.
